You might want to post pictures, and what cam do you have in it?It looks like you skipped that you have 347 c/i heads cam and bolt ons listed but no cam? I assume stock cam if it only made 377 crank hp,IF it was a h/c/i 347 I would think it would be 350-400+rwhp.?

All the money spent on the engine and the car, why would you use the stock intake and port it? Doesn't make sense at all.

OK here are pics. If you removed the wretched rear carpeting, snake doorlocks, side decals and horrible wood trim, it would be a nice car. Definitely salvagable IMO
