Different world back then. Crazy part was gas was less than a dollar! My first car was an 88 Volkswagen fox wagon. It had 81hp and a 9 gallon gas tank. I remember being able to fill it up for around 6 bucks. Lol.

Believe it or not these cars were decent, especially if they had manual transmissions.

I vaguely remember it, because......it was an easy car to forget. It was an ugly bugger. We should really appreciate what we have available today.

I think that video gave me herpes. Early 90s were a bad time. No offense to Foxbody folks (*cough* 6s). When you consider flagship super cars were running 0-60 at like 5.2. Now you can but a toaster faster.

We've come a LONG way.
