1993 cobra low miles

OK.Thinking about selling my 1993 Vibrant Red with Black cloth.
I am thinking of buying another car and the garage is loaded up with 4 cars, so have to sell one to make room. Before i start getting any lowball offers, I dont have to sell. I am also listing a 1990 774 RWHP coupe and 2003 Cobra. So which ever sells first.

I have owned the car for about 2 1/2 years. I bought the car from a mid 60
year old female customer. The car is bone stock all the way down to the air silencer
Even still has original plugs and wires.
Car has not seen rain rain since i have had it . Been stored in climate controlled garage
and oil changed every winter before storage. I just put a brandnew set of original goodyear
gatorback tires on it , Due to others being dry rotted.

Shes said she had it but never really paid ATTN. to it, and she had filled it somewhere and would have to find it.
