i have a 1989 sho for sale. here are the specs.
Power windows and door locks, power moonroof, Ford premium sound with upgraded Sony CD head unit, black 50/50 seats from a '91 (show normal wear for their age, drivers seat is grey 50/50 because the one from the black set I picked up downstate got ripped on the way home), tinted windows, upgraded digital rearview mirror with outside temperature and compass, white-face gauges, center console upgraded to a '91, headlights upgraded to a '91 (much clearer lenses), police grill, shaved front and rear emblems, 16" slicer wheels, new front tires, transmission was upgraded to a shortened rod shifter '93 MTX that was inspected and refreshed by a well-known SHO tranmission specialist before installation, clutch and TOB have less than 3K miles on them, good (stock) brakes, cone air filter/aluminum intake, exhaust is open-flow custom duals with high-flow Y-pipe (it is a bit loud), suspension has been upgraded to KYB GR2's with Intrax lowering springs (much improved handling in turns but still very streetable), new fuel filter, new fuel pump, oil changed regularly, cooling system recently flushed, I did a 60K service on it when I first bought it, including rod bearings, thermostat, seals, cleaning the manifolds, etc. and have put less than 10K miles on it since owning it. i have also replaced the radiator and installed a high performance thermostat in it. Both positive and negative battery cables have been replaced and the battery was replaced in september.I also have a brand new turbo kit that needs to be installed that i just have not been able to do because of time, also i two high performance mufflers with two elbows and fittings for them that need to be installed again just have not had the time to do it. i have over $5000 put into this car so as you can see i am selling this for very cheap because i am moving over seas due to military adn i cant take it with me so i need to sell it. i have pictures of the car and all of the extra parts so if you want to see them i can either email them or arrange a meeting so the car can be seen.
The only thing that needs work on is the tachometer is sticking and it needs a new headgasket. other than that i is a very fast v-6 3.0l doc 24valve car. call nathan @ 239-246-1277 any time after 4 weekdays anytime weekends.
i am asking 1200 obo. i need to sell soon because i just got stationed over seas and i am leaving next week and i cant take the car with me.
