I bought mine from eBay. Some sellers will take the spindles, shot peen them then they are outfitted with OEM hubs and OEM dust shields.

I am 99.9% sure this is the seller I went with when buying mine. Super fast shipping and pieces were in great condition.

What K member will you be running? That will decide what year spindles to use.

I will be going with the MM provides with the street & track kit. From what I remember you posting you said to use the 96+ years?

I'm glad at least his was running! Good to finally have you over.. When I get my new engine management buttoned up I'll cruise over again to check on progress and give you another boost ride.

Sounds like a plan!! You will be the first ride I give when I throw on my 300 shot.

Correct, with a MM K member you will want to use the 96+ spindles. The 94-95 will cause the geometry to be off with the MM K member. If you have questions let me know... although yours might be finished before I finish mine :(

This weekend I was able to get some work done on the car. I took out the majority of the interior, this is the only pic I snapped.

My headliner was coming apart from the backing board so I needed to remove it and replace it. Since the car is going on a diet and I will take it to the track from time to time I wanted to ditch the rear seats and get some Corbeau front seats. I ended up selling my front and rear seats for a really good amount of money so I was happy.

I was also able to get my gears swapped out and axle tubes welded.

I also ground off all the old paint and will be repainting the rear with wrinkle black.

My MM Torque arm bolts to the axle tubes and its really close to the housing... so close in fact my welds got in the way.

Then started grinding down.

Once the rear end is finished, it will go back in the car and I will end up putting the rear end back on the ground.

I made a little more progress this weekend. I found that my oil slinger was not installed when I had the gears installed so I had to take the front half off and remove the crush collar, install a new one, install a new seal, put in the oil slinger and button it all back up. It should be ready to go back into the car so I can roll it around and get it over to the body shop.

Some of you may remember seeing the brackets I made earlier to hold my E brake cable, they were a tad too long so I trimmed them up and re-drilled the holes.

Since I am going to a Torque Arm I took out my upper bushings however I need to attach the rear end temporarily to get it over to the shop so I am just going to put a dowel in the hole and loosely bolt it in till I can install the torque arm when my front suspension goes in.

While the car is in the body shop finishing the smoothing of the bay I will be on vacation so when I get back I will hit the ground running.

When I took my rear end out I ended up scraping my bushings... well I needed something to act as a bushing... here is what I came up with for rolling the car around at the body shop

Slowly but certainly.
Ever since putting my torque arm on I've been thinking if I ever take the rear end back out I'd want to completely remove the uca bushing mounts from the pumpkin somehow. They look like big ears just sticking out with nothing in them

That pic is pretty spot on lol.

Today was a good day.... the car was picked up by my body guy who will finish smoothing out the engine bay and applying paint to the exposed front portion of the car.

Owner of the shop personally came out and helped with loading the car, we went back to the shop and he let me help unload it. I wanted to be there and make sure it got into the shop safe.

Kind of bittersweet feeling. I have garage space left and don't have to store hoods, front nose pieces and fenders in my spare bedroom anymore however I always worry when its not in my garage. I was promised the car would never sit outside and would always be in the shop so that makes me feel better. Quite possibly my last update until I get back from my Brazil vacation! Cheers everyone!
