New client. Needs this vehicle ready for the Cavallino Classic in 2 weeks. He is going to enter/show it. Got dinged some points last year for some paint issues, so…that’s why I have it!
It just came out of the shop for some mechanical issues and is in tip top mechanical shape. The paint was another story…
Full of swirls, sanding marks, some chips, a few holograms, and it was just looking dull and lifeless. It was also covered in dirt and dust from the shop.

The ‘details’:

Beta test car shampoo.
Clayed with medium clay mitt.
Adam’s tire and rubber cleaner.
Adam’s shampoo for wheels/tires.
Master Blaster to dry.
DeFelsko PTG.
Scangrip lighting.
Metro vacuum.
Flex 3401.
Rupes MkIII 15.
Adam’s micro polisher.
Griot’s 6” for LSP application.
Misc. foam pads.
Griot’s fast correcting cream.
Griot’s perfecting cream.
Auto finesse glass cleaner.
Carpro glass towels.
Pinnacle exhaust cleaner and brightener.
Optimum panel wipe.
Wolfgang Fuzion LSP.
McKee’s37 wax remover.
Beta test tire dressing.
McKee’s37 APC.
McKee’s37 AIO leather cleaner/conditioner.

Thank you for looking and as always, comments/questions are welcomed and appreciated!

Awesome job, Scott! Let us know, if you can, how the owner fares in that Show. That a nice looking Dino, but man those front/side bumpers are hideous. Thanks to '70s regs. Nice color, though, and the interior is gorgeous.

Thanks all!

Bob, I most definitely will. Kinda excited to see if he gets any extra/added points this year!

Yeah, those safety regs killed the lines of a lot cars!

WOW! Just WOW! First of all, THAT is one of those classic Italians that NEVER will look dated. And your work (which looking at pics on my iPad, I’m SURE, do not even come CLOSE to showing your TRUE results!) is just really remarkable. Once again, thanks for another post that I enjoy SO MUCH!

Yep, like this one, too. I well remember the '70s "safety" bumper requirements.
