185 55 17 choices

Looking at my tire choices for the race stars rim I just got for the fronts and having a hard time finding anything besides M&H and how much does the M&H tire weight. Is there any other choices in this size 185 55 17?

There is no manufacturer that I am aware of that builds a metric front runner in size 185/55-17.

I know Hoosier builds their Pro Street Radial in size 26x7.50-17 and M/H builds their RaceMaster front runner in size 26x4.50-17.

The Hoosier Pro Street in size 26x7.50-17 is the closest option dimension wide to the 185/55-17 size. This model/size weighs 22lbs.

We would like to help you with this pair but we do not mail order M/H tires. If you have a Discount Tire store in your area I suggest checking in with them as they maybe able to special order a pair in for you.

I did but the person that answered the phone said he had never heard of m&h and didn't try and ask anyone else and said he had no idea because he had never heard of them this was at the store in gastonia NC.

Is this tire a bias ply or radial front runner? It looks like a radial.
