15x8 draglites

what backspacing would i need to run 15x8 draglites on my 96 mustang cobra and would i need to grind anything??

5.5 for 8 inch rim , 6.5 for 10 inch rim, that's with stock length axles.

but do you know if with a 8 inch wheel i would have to grind because i had a 10 inch wheel and i was gonna need to grind down the banjo bolt

It all depend on the backspacing not the width of the rim. Just like 95SC said.

best way to tell is to mount the wheel and see where it touches, grind where it hits and repeat.
