It takes you to Blow By Racing's youtube page. The username of which is JohnnyZ, who posts on all the major Mustang forums with BBR in his sig. I think it's a fair bet BBR made the tune. Not trying to nit pick, but I believe credit needs to go where it is due.

That's actually a 2010 3V with a set of their cams that you hear idling. I believe it's sitting on the other side of the '11. Even says in the comments.
