You wouldn't be the first if you went and rented a 13/14 and swapped the tail lights out to you 11/12. That would be dirty tho. Just make sure it hasn't been done already on the rental your getting.

They DONT fit without the rear bumper. Tail lights alone don't swap

i personally like the lower bumper and hood of the 11-12 better. though i prefer the 13-14 headlights.

Actually they do fit but it will have a gap and won't look right.

Renting a car and swapping the tail lights would be a lot less noticeable then taking the bumper too, the 11-12 bumper with all the black plastic would be incredibly obvious that it doesn't match the rest if the car
