Quick Question...I have a P1-SC Stage II (well I will Friday) and I was wondering if 10 lb. is to much for a stock '97 engine with 90k? Would 8lb. be better? Homer, I think I asked you this but I deleted the PM. Thanks.

I would stay with 8 psi until I could afford a rebuild.

good question. If you can afford a rebuild now, i would go with 10 lbs.... but if you are strapped for cash, i would rather play it safe. 10LBS is completely safe if you've got the proper tune. Don't push your luck with it though.

If you can afford to get an aftermarket short block thats prepped for boost, you can definately turn up the wick on that blower!! The P1-SC can make much more than 10LBS if you want it to!

Thanks guys. I'm going to stick with the 8 and safe some cash. Then I'll give SHM or Livernois a call in about a year.
