100 or 200 cell Catalytic converters???

So after running over a couple of 2x4's on the freeway I had to remove the busted up upr cats and weld in some straight pipes since my car is my daily driver. I need/want to put some high flow cats in and have found 200 cell and 100 cell cats but dont' know which ones would be best for a 450-500 rwhp cobra. Would the 100 cell cats have enough back pressure? Thanks guys

check out summit. I bought a pair of pypes hi-flo cats for $180ish. dont know 100-200 ? I havent had a problem with them.

pretty sure the pypes are 300 or 400 core
