If i were a cop I wouldnt have pulled him over. Neither would any of you guys im sure. after all it was a wedding

Several people clapped,so doesnt look like he did.In NC there is not a specific charge for spinning tires and NO it does NOT fall under careless and reckless driving.Id say the officer said,"Im right behind you,next time look in your mirror before you light them up"."Now when I leave,I ant to hear,not see what this thing can do".At least thats what I would say
