1 simple bumper ?

a friend of mine wants to know if 03 cobra fog lights will fit in the 01 cobra bumper?

Nope, they are smaller, they might be able to if you make your own bracket. It sucks that 03 fogs are so cheap while the 99/01's are 95 plus.
