Went to change the wife’s oil In her escape and noticed coolant was low. Came in and I say something and she says oyea I have a recall I need to have it looked at. So I find the letter says it’s a quick tune fix. I call the dealer and explain we have a issue only To find out the issue is much more serious and most likely a long block replaced. This after her Acadia blowing a head gasket and me replacing a motor in my old F-150 Then selling to buy a new f150 that burns 3+qts between oil change Yay

What year? I know there was a recall. 1.6 and 1.5. 2.0 was pretty solid. What year F150 and motor?

She has a 2018 Acadia and I have a 2019 f150 5liter. I got a bunch of run around about it being within tolerance on my truck and they wanna do a consumption test , change the dip stick and adjust the vacuum
