As we've all seen in a lot of these for sale threads, i cant believe i'm even
listing this for sale, don't wanna sell, etc....well here is another one. Ive owned this car since august of 2007 so i have a lot
of blood, sweat and tears and some sentimental value in this car (and a whole
lot of money too..lol) I feel i built this car exactly how i wanted it so
there's really nothing for me to do to it other than enjoy it i guess. So i
either keep it and get another project going or sell and move onto another
vehicle and use the money from this as a down payment. Not interested in any trades. Anyways, onto the car....
2004 Screaming Yellow Cobra with 23,xxx miles
Polished KB 2.8H supercharger with a 3.5" pulley which puts out around 19.5 -
20lbs of boost
Custom JLT CAI (smoothed out the JLT logo and filled in PCV bung).
Full return fuel system using Fore Innovations fuel hat with dual walbro 465
pumps, fuel controller, fuel pressure reg. all set up to run E-85.
Off-road X-pipe with Borla Stinger catback.
Custom grind Bullet cams professionally installed and degreed.
Tuned by Jon Lund
MGW new style shifter.
26 spline input shaft
Spec stage 3+ with light pedal option (no chatter whatsoever)
Kincaid killer chiller
Built solid rear axle with welded axle tubes, 31 spline Moser axles, 03-04 diff
with carbon fiber clutches
Steeda billet aluminum lower control arms, boxed in stock uppers
Eibach lowering springs
Battery relocated in trunk with circuit breaker
Accufab throttle body
Metco idlers
Custom full length subframe connectors (longer and thicker gauge steel than MM
ones)
CCW SP500 rims 18x9 front and 18x11 rear.
The car starts, idles, runs great. The tune from Jon Lund is spot on with absolutely no driveability issues whatsoever. The car put down 718RWHP BEFORE the cams were installed. Ive obviously datalogged the car on the street but i have yet to make it out to the dyno to see exactly what the gains from the cams are.
i know i'm missing more but this is the basics. Any questions just ask.
Price is $30000. Heres a vid and some pics.
