Hm I wonder how much the 2400 is good for then if the 2600 says 700? I agree with your line of thought, I was just wondering since that's what the OP said he had.

Nevermind, I just did a search and it seems like the 2400 supports up to 700 also.

I wanna run e85 but i dont wanna mess with my lethal budget return system. Will it support 650whp anyone please lol?

I dont really think you need to go e85 to get around 650 to the wheels with a 2.6h...

One of my cobras had a 2.6h with 18.5psi, 60#inj, boost a pump, cold air, mafia, slp headers, x-pipe, and flowmaster exhaust, car also had spec clutch, spec flywheel, full tilt boogie kit, ect. but power wise it had just about what you have done. My car made 635rwhp on 91 octane with torco mach accelerator.

Why not just use a MAFia? At 662 rwhp, mine still hasn't pegged.
