DAMN WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! well at idle the FP is around 30psi, and normally with the walbro it was 28. It holds 40+PSI through 5800rpm when it starts to slowly decrease to around 39, which is great. the walbro would nosedive to 20 at 5500. And the studder that it used to do in low rpms and low gears is gone. 280lph BTW which is more than the dual cobra setup from what i read. A very good product, I am very pleased.

you had a walbro in your 01' and it still ran? those pumps only work in a return style fuel set up....if you put them in a 99+ mustang it will not function right at anything but WOT....this is what I have read of coarse....anyway if you need more fuel later just upgrade to focus pumps.

Man, I heard this Aviator Pump is Bad@ss. I am going there asap. I run out of fuel at 6300 on dual 2003 pumps.

Yes, 280 lph beats the 2003 duals=260 lph (each is 130). I wonder if I might need two???? Since only 20 lphs more with a single Aviator.

i had a walbro in there, it was 255, and i dont think you are running out of fuel, it is because it is made more return style fuel systems. yes you can use 2 aviator pumps that will be good for over 700 rwhp i think. the single aviator is supposed to be good for 600rwhp. I would suggest it.

you could, but you still make more with the aviator setup. The 03 setup is 600+ bucks... then add the boost a pump= 800 or 750 maybe. The aviator is 179 and add 200 or so for the boost a pump =379. Still less than 03 and more PSI than 03 setup. Now if you already got the 03 swap the dual pumps for dual aviators and that should hold you over till 800 or so HP and THEN add a boost a pump on top of that.

yup... I am very very pleased.. what i MIGHT do is buy a used 03 setup and take the pumps out and use the aviator pumps in the canister... that would be PIMP!!

i have the cobra tank with the 255 dual cobra fuel pumps. at about 5500 rpms i start to go lean which about 6300 rpms im at 12.1. would the aviator pumps make me go lean and how hard would it be to install them my self. ive put on my headers and miner bolt ons but im not a pro. how hard would it be since my car is lowered?

it might take care of your lean condition, you would need to ask your tuner... they are 280 each, so two of them would be 560. as opposed to your dual 130's which are 260 total. Also a Boost-A-pump would help
