I have a serious clunk when I take my foot of the gas in 4-5-6 gears...it seems like it's a backlash problem with the gears. Has anyone been able to solve this problem?
03's with a gear change...did it quiet down the clunk?

I have the clunk too. When the car was up in the air on a rack, I checked the backlash of the rear differential.....It was fine. I believe it is in the transmission. Not to worried cause it is a beefy tranny. Besides it I do break a tooth or something it will be covered under warrenty. :beer:
