SB is a very desirable color. It's up there with CO and MC. If it's as mint as you say I would say 27K.
However, I tend to value these cars a little more than most around here. So, being a Vert, the miles (although still low it's not single digits (i.e. 9k or lower)) and the fact it was modded (don't know if it was tuned properly etc.), I would say most will probably agree more with rymax101.
And I would venture to say some will even say 22K is more realistic. However, I say 27K because of color, miles and condition provided the engine is strong and in good condition.

If everything was up to snuff, I'd have no problem paying 25-26k.
Speaking of low mileage desirables, i was at the local performance shop yesterday and a guy drove in with a mint CO with only 5,100 miles. He wasn't interested in selling unfortunately...
