Why would the steering shaft be a problem? The navigator was based off the f150 chassis? As for progress, nothing has happened to speak of. truck got moved back in line. Trying to get the 06 super duty I got for 500 bucks going for the farm truck. With wedding planning, family emergencies, and my grandmother passing, not much has been accomplished. I'll be taking over the 03 and building it the way I want, did find the navi engine that was purchased ended up having a PI short block, so that ain't gonna cut it with 8.8:1 C/R. I'll be building a stock bottom end for this thing to prep it for install. Going to completely pull this mystery apart fully and pretty much steal the heads, timing cover, intake, and any other 4v related parts and transferring over to the other short block I'm going to assemble. Only real changes to the new short block would be a 3v pump. Heads will probably end up with 99 continental cams to get a little more duration to hopefully overcome the anemic manifold. Going to build a custom head cooling mod as to not destroy the heads when towing. Sent from my SM-G955U using the svtperformance.com mobile app
