So i just bought a 03 cobra, runs very strong but whenever i shift at high rpms it feels like i hit a wall specially on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift. I believe it has a spec stage 3 clutch and an adjustable clutch cable and quadrant. Ive been adjusting it 2 clicks at a time and so far its starting to shift like butter at low to mid rpms. But still hiting that wall at high rpms. Should i keep on adjusting? Is their a limit to the firewall adjuster? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks for the help.

Proper way to adjust the cable is to have the throw out bearing riding on the PP fingers to be spinning.

I did mine running on jack stands.

Chances are they had it way loose but not having the TOB spinning at all times will cook it pretty quick
