03 Cobra getting a whining sound need help

03 Cobra 70k recently replaced the battery and oil change that's it, stared doing this whining sound driving or not, need some help please.

Even at low Rpm's and at idler mine whines very faintly. Even to hear it if you know what the sound is.

You are giving us nothing to go on. Try to locate the general area it is coming from. What mods do you have? Does it make noise warm or cold? Was it doing it before the changes? You gotta give us something or BS is all you are going to get from us.

Has been pullied, throttle body, cold air intake, it's sound like it's coming from the front of motor, warm or cold motor.

Was not making that noise before I replaced the battery a week ago, I'm thinking maybe alternator.

Motor oil reads half on dip stick, just did oil change 6qts.

If the only changes were battery, oil, and assuming oil filter, I'd look into the oil filter. Some oil filters make a buzzing noise, but never heard of a whining noise. What type of filter is it? Cheap crap, or Ford recommended?
