03 cobra engine swap

I have recently bought a wrecked 2003 cobra conv. I am wanting to take the engine out of the car and put it in a 1993 mustang lx notchback, has anyone on here done this? how hard was it? how much money was involved? thanks

Holy smoly; just what I was looking for. Planning on doing same thing to my 93Cobra. Already have the T-56. Planning on doing complete 03Cobra drivetrain minus the IRS. Don't think I will swap the dash though like he did but will be switching to the 03Cobra seats though.

DO THE DASH TOO !! The problem with your car is that the interior is BUTT ugly....hard to tell you are not riding in an Escort econobox....do the dash and make it complete. :burnout:

you'll need the dash if you want to use the cobra pcm. see also "pats."
