03 Cobra convertible top mechanism repair New England

Anyone know of a shop in southern New England that does this? The fabric itself is fine, the mechanism that lowers and raises the top is failing. Read it may be the motor or another part of the mechanism.
Tried Frank's Auto Top in Providence but no luck getting return calls. Could use some help, thanks.

How handy are you? My understanding is there isn't much to the system. The pump and two hydraulic rams. The pump is behind the back seat. The biggest issue I've seen when replacing anything is bleeding the system.

I found the worst part to be removing the interior pieces. Replacing the hydraulic cylinders was easy. That is most likely your issue. The seals go bad and can't hold the fluid anymore. As mentioned above, if you are at all handy see about doing it yourself.

If not, I'm of no help. I thankfully live no where near New England.

Might be low on fluid in the pump. When I had my vert, the lift cylinders were leaking. It’s an easy repair, very DIY friendly.
