Also when I filled up the car to max it was leaking gas pretty bad but only when full after a little bit of driving it stopped. Shop owner told me prob fuel hat seal.

Datalog the hesitation if you can. It'll show if there's anything weird going on with the MAF, TPS, fuel pressure, volts, etc.. If everything checks out it's likely something that can be fixed in the tune.

This video shows how to do it:

Since you said the hesitation is intermittent, it may take a bunch of tries to capture the car doing it in a datalog. A short 15-30 second log would be ideal. You can also just drive around for 5-10 minutes with the logger running but you'll need a stop watch or something so you can write down when the hesitation occurred. Once you have the log file on your computer you can upload it somewhere like Google Drive and we can look at it.

The tank has the "lower" area with the hat and then a large bit of volume that sits above the top of the hat, on the passenger side of the tank. If it's only shortly after fill up, the gasket/grommet where the filler neck goes into the tank is the more likely problem. It is also above the hat to tank seal.

Oh that’s true I should look at that one first instead of taking out my fuel hat

So took out the plugs they were at 28. And looked a bit white on top. Switched to auto light 103 with whatever gap it comes with and it didn’t solve the problem. Didn’t get worse but didn’t get better. 6A186360-7275-4DC1-9073-0DDFE3A2A5D3.jpeg

Next I’m going to rent a vacumm leak machine or a smoker and test that see how that goes.

Haven’t been able to test for vacumm. But I did check my battery and alternator to make sure that’s not it and it’s not. Those are good so that checks off

Intercooler working
Spark plugs made no change
Battery good
Alternator good

I did a small datalog I’ll try to post later. Also not sure if it’s normal but while idling (idle has a small surge) the boost bypass valve opens a little and closes.
