03/04 half shafts

well I have a 2001 that has a broken drivers side half shaft. I found this on ebay. wanting to upgrade to 03/04 half shafts cause to me seem to look tougher. this is the item I got it doesnt have the piece that goes into the pumpkin. did i get burned or can i still use this half shaft.

I wouldn't say you got burned depending on what you paid for it. You have a half of a halfshaft! ;-)

I'd say more like 3/4 of a half shaft

doesnt matter any ways. 03-04 cobras are 31 spline 99-01 are 28 spline wouldnt work anyways.

edit: im wrong 01's are 31 spline
