i have both an 03 and 04 cobra. the clutch is very very stiff in the early run 03 and soft in the late 04. is there a fix for this or what can i do? i am open for suggestions. thanks

which one are you trying to "fix"? It is not clear from your post which one you like and whcih one you don't. Arguably neither are "broken"

the 04 is very light. the 03 is very stiff. neither are broken, but my goal is to lighten the pedal effort on the o3 so the gf can drive it. hope this helps.

I'd be interested in finding out how to lighten an '03 as well. The clutch pedal is killing my bad knee.
I want two Cobras....damn it..
Here is the deal, the 03's have a different clutch. SVT said that they switched over to be more accomodating since the 03 was too stiff. From here on out, any clutch replacements will be done using the softer clutch. IMO, I think the 03 clutch is softer than my 01 cobra.
