02 sohc bottom end knockin rod bearing i belive. suggestions?

Well my baby started knockin so I was gunna swap a 04 mach motor harness and ecm. My cousin was goin 2 sell it me for $1200 and do tha swap. BUT!!!! Tha motor has been setting up for about 4 yrs and has froze and busted it. So should I stick w/ 2 valve (which I don't like)and just swap 1 in or rebuild it. Or get a mach block (love tha 4 valve)and and go from there? Or shood I say tha hell w/ it and go bak 2 tha fox where I belong?
