I am looking to swap out my SVT for something more practical. Sad, I know. I commute 400 mi/week and I'm looking for a Civic, Corolla, Vibe or similar.

2002 Focus SVT Sonic blue
118XXX Miles. It is my Daily driver so add 400 per week
6 Speed Manual Trans
New tires with less than 2k on them
I-4 cyl engine gets 30 MPG
Power windows, locks, mirrors and drivers seat
Rear window defrost and heated side mirrors
Power sunroof
Leather / cloth color matched seats
JVC Bluetooth Radio with hands free calling- Will include stock Radio
Cold weather Package- Heated seats and engine block heater
Recently had all valve seats ground and 4 valves replaced due to timing belt breaking.
Timing belt was replaced Dec 1st along with the valve stem oil seals, water pump, Serpentine belt and all new gaskets on top end including new head gasket and new coolant.
Newer wheel bearings and hubs all around. Less than 10k
Drilled and slotted rotors
New coolant tank and cap
Newer intake rail control actuator
I have receipts for all parts.
It has the typical chips and dings that you will find on any 12 yr old car but no major damage and has never been in an accident
Interior is immaculate. No rips or cracks anywhere
Non-smoking Family owned car that was in California until 2010
It has never had anyone under the age of 30 behind the wheel so it has never been flogged on.
Regular oil changes using Mobile synthetic oil
There are only 2 things wrong. The Clear coat on the rear bumper is peeling and the driver side heated seat does not work. I do have a set of replacement heating pads but have not installed them.
