'01 Shocks and Struts on a 98 GT

Hey fellas. I have someone that is interested in buying the shocks and struts from my '01 Cobra and using them on their 98 GT. I have no idea if they will fit or not. What do you guys think. Thanks...B_S

They'll fit, but they won't work. The rear damping rates on '01 shocks is significantly higher than it is on a GT. The IRS requires a much stiffer spring/shock to function, they won't work on a solid axle.
