'01 Cobra to GT fascia swap question

I have the opportunity to pick up a lightly damaged '01 Cobra fascia from a co-worker.
He only wants a replacement "Mach1 fascia" in exchange.

Prepainted urethane GT fascia - $285
Fog lights and brackets - $28
Chin spoiler - $50

Total = $363. . . not bad for an '01 fascia.

Here's my question. Will He be able to use his stock fogs in the GT fog housing or does he need GT specific bulbs and harness?

If the latter is the case, will the GT harness be plug and play or will there be splicing involved?

I'd like to know so I can let him know. He's a good guy, just doesn't know a whole a lot about cars.

I'm pretty sure he can't use his cobra fogs in a GT bumper. They will need to be swapped. The wiring is the same though. The Cobra and GT foglights housings are different.

I was talking about the bulbs not the actual housing

Yeah, I knew he couldn't reuse his Cobra fogs, what with them being round and the GT's being...what ever shape you call them.

I did include buying him new GT fog housings and mounting brackets in the OP. I'm glad that I don't also,have to supply him with new bulbs and harnesses.

I know $363 is an ok deal. I didn't want to keep adding to that cost.
