01 cobra problems!

Have an 01 cobra that has a tko600 swap. Since the swap it has a bad vibration at about 45 mph + any ideas? I have checked everything, nothing is loose, rotated the drive shaft, now im just waiting on a new one. Anyone have any suggestions? *also there was no vibration before swap

Also, what is the wiring on the cobra for the speedo, need to get that hooked up?

check that the fly wheel was installed correctly, it could be loose or not balanced. Same with the input shaft, was it indexed?

I'll go back and check all that. I didnt do the install its a buddy's car trying to help him solve his problem.
