The stock exhaust on a 2000 Cobra r is a Bassani X-pipe.. It has 2 cats and 2 resonators. The muffler is a borla system. Getting rid of the cats will make the car a louder but you will also pick up a substantial amount of hp. Bassani made a catless (off-road) system and also an x-pipe with high flow cats along with an after market cat-back. The x-pipes and mufflers are now all discontinued from Bassani. If you are looking to get an aftermarket cat-back you can look at Spin Tech exhaust. Quite a few members here have posted great feedback about this exhaust system. As far as your intake goes; this thread will answer your questions if it looks like this. http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?831294-2000-Cobra-R-Intake-Identification To show you power gains.. Stock 330/339 Fulltiltboogieracing intake and tune. 357/369 Bassani cutback with intake and custom tune 379/395 I still have the stock x-pipe but my tuner says with deleting the resonators and cats, I should be able to pick up another 15-20hp As far as your chip, Saleenrose deals with diablosport and most mustang tuners deal with SCT. I personally don't know anything about Autologic. I would recommend a dyne tune and not a mail order tune unless you go with an SCT Tuner and ac427cobras tune. The last 3 numbers of your vin actually don't mean anything... You can look in the black binder you should of gotten with the car and it will have a plaque located on the inside telling you which number out of 300 your car is... If not you can go to svtregistry.com and you have to pay them to find out but they will send you a certification letter for your car. I think I answered all of your questions. Feel free to post a picture of your x-pipe and I will tell you if it is factory or not.
