70k was about what a lot of dealers where asking when the car came out (not all tho). autoweek magazine has had a couple for msrp. does this dealer realize that the longer he holds it the more others come out at lower prices? hmmmm.

bird s--- is no more expensive anywhere else in the country.

Mine was on the showroom floor, it had been there for several months so they wanted to let it go (Jay Leno bought the first one they got). It was in excellent condition when I saw it, by the time it was delivered there was a crack in the hood and along the side panel. Dealer paid for all body work. Still haven't received my owner's manual.

Just talked to the fleet sales guy and they are selling it for MSRP, $54,995. Would be a steal for a collector...lemme check my wallet...

Been out of town for several days. Went to the dealership and the 00R has been scrubbed up. The wife and I were looking, haven't replaced the totaled Lightning yet.

Went over by the 00R and it was unlocked, I jumped in to check it out. The wife was also scoping out the car and shaking her head in the positive direction.

2000 r model with 600 miles on it owned by a 65 year old man trading it in to ford is available through the collector that I bought both my 93 and 95 R models from in northeast penn. near williamsport. car is in mint new condition and never raced. price is $48000 firm.

Hey!! You guys were talking about the 00R that we bought last week from Evergreen Ford in Issaquah, Wa #227!! We bought it with no bird sh** but cracked hood and very happy with it. Dealer knocked off $900 to replace the hood so total price was $53,000.
