Badass photo J, I need to do that when I get my engine back lol.And the fun part:
...one of the best aftermarket products-True Forged CF Hood Vent.
It is a phenomenal vehicle that brings a grin every driving moment. The wife is manual certified as well, but medical issues have reduced her third pedal adventures.
Completely agree regarding the TF Hood Vent, though they were costly PITAs to acquire. Those are pretty rare TF CF hood vents.
Damn that is pretty!!!Completely agree regarding the TF Hood Vent, though they were costly PITAs to acquire.

She still looks pretty good, almost nine years and 33K miles later.

Like everyone else's, mine brings a smile every time I drive her. Everything we own (and have ever owned) has (and had) three-pedals, so Trixie and Norton Jr are both fully-qualified.
Bought December 2013. Have the most desirable option-Glass Roof. Along with one of the best aftermarket products-True Forged CF Hood Vent.
I have enjoyed looking at everyone’s ride. I have always thought that the best looking GT500 in these years is a Grabber Blue with Black stripes. Despite that, Cool Cobra and 1 Kona_Venom GT500 are pretty lit as the kids say now.

Yessir. Planning for 360 GoPro inside and out plus Draggy.Yep, she is indeed a stunner! I like the new MT setup. Sucks that your belt snapped, but 10/10 will be here soon enough. You should get someone to do a video and post it.
Nice x4, but definitely time for new rubber.Original owner here. Ordered it like I wanted it. 1 of 1. Has 7k miles on it now and still wearing the original rubber, lol.

I can relate! My fun cars are, however, an outlet for my sanity. I've put less than 2.8K miles on my "daily driver" Tacoma in the past two years. In the same time, I've logged a combined 8.5K miles on my GT500 and C7Z. Every summer weekend the weather permits, I'm out in one of them, driving to/from Cars & Coffee, car shows, etc, or just cruising twisty mountain roads and on straight, flat ones on the plains to the east. The driver's seat of either car is my happy place. No doubt!! Hahaha. It's been under the cover and on a battery tender for who knows how long. I don't even remember the last time I drove it. It's easily been a year. Being able to work from home during Covid, even my daily driver was only getting the tank filled 1x every few months or so...and it only gets 15mpg. lol
Once my engine is back in I need to start driving mine more, It sits way to muchI can relate! My fun cars are, however, an outlet for my sanity. Wow, 8 years old and only 7K miles. You've got to get out there on the pavement and enjoy it more! LOL.I'm not so surprised to hear many original owners have sold and moved on. I recall the influx of "new" Mustang owners who jumped over to the GT500 briefly from whatever other brand they had at the time. Lots of folks like to have the latest and greatest and then get bored. I remember lots of those folks wrapped their cars around telephone poles as well.
