v6 to v8 swap

So I have a 2000 Mustang that was originally a V6 fast forward to now I just finished Installing the 4.6 SOHC V8 everything functions perfectly except convertible top. Donor car was not a convertible so what needs to change?[/FONT][/COLOR]
