Hi All, I have the dreaded p0307 issue with my 14 expedition. I am considering ForScan or TOAD to to the diags and logging. Can I use the same ELM327 USB connector for both? Will either one allow simulating a state emissions check. I also have the evap not ready issue, but no code...
