stutter

I've had a problem since late last week. The car drives normal, idles fine, but as soon as you give it more than 75% throttle, it stutters and sounds a lot like it does when the traction control kicks in. It seems to have normal power until you go into a hard acceleration, then it stutters...

I picked up my 03 Cobra last month and realized very quickly that when under heavy acceleration it seems that the motor skips a little, then immediately recovers. I'm thinking a tune could fix this? Not sure though; this is my first S/C car. I'm sure there is a thread out there but I've spent...
