oil in intake with no pcv

were can i get some that are not 150 a pop. I have an 03 and think i need 3. Passenger side, Driver side to blower and then driver side to bottom intake. Am i accurate on that? Who can help. I don't care on the look just as long as it works. Any thoughts these were 3 i was curious about...
