mustang idle

My Cobra has been having some problems where it won't hold idle and bog down, but I adjusted the throttle blade to be open a little bit more. And it seemed to hold after I revved it, I just don't know what these numbers man. Does anyone know anything about these numbers? is this normal? Anything...
