I ordered the oil air separator meant for 11-17 Coyotes and was sent the kit for the 18-20 cars instead. I've since been sent the correct part and was told to keep this. If it would fit F150's I'd be using it, but its listed as only fitting Mustangs so I'll be passing the savings on to you...
