I think my IC may be gunked up. How do you flush/clean it out?

My IAT2s have been running 160-190. I have a new HE, IC was just cleaned when I had my blower rebuilt, new IC pump, all the lines look good, I made sure there's no air trap (and when I pulled the hose that returns coolant to the IC resevoir, coolant came out vigorously), coolant feels "cool"...
