I'll finally be getting the Cobra out to its first track day this Labor Day out at Waterford Hills (road course), any one have tips on prepping the car for a track day? Any weak spots on New-Edges to look out for etc? This will be my first track day so I don't expect to be running the car...
'99 E-Green over parchment, 63k miles, about 2k on motor, MM bushings, Billetflow diffbrace, 3.73 gear, New OEM 10th Anny Wheels, w/ new Tires, H&R Race Springs, Paint is about an 8/10, no rust, I'd also let the original '99 wheels go w/ decent tires...

Just put H&R Race Springs on my car and it of course now needs an alignment? Any one know of any good shops in the metro-detroit area? I've heard bad things about just taking it to the Ford Dealer for alignment on lowered cars..

I'm going to need to get some summer wheels and tires for the E-Green I recently picked up... and I'm trying to decide between the Ford Racing FR500s that buyfordracing sells, or the OEM 10th anniversary wheels that they sell, 17x9s or 18x9s for the FR500s... what do you guys think would look...
