Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out what gear ratio I need for the track. Car has a built 5.0 4valve stroker blown with 790rwhp, 5 speed T3650, 27" slicks, solid rear currently with 4.10's. Should I go down to 3.73's or 3.55's with the 27" tire for the 1/4?

I'm having starter heat soak problems with my power masters starter. Does anyone know what part of the starter gets heat soaked and makes it so it won't start? And can it be fixed without replacing it again?
