I had an awesome weekend at Summit Point this past weekend, with a TON of track time ... and I really mean a lot of track time. Also, I just changed my gears to 3.73's because I lost 150 rwhp .. :)
After a couple of laps I noticed that my rear end was quite loose ... which actually...
I am selling my 04 cobra hood. It's from Ford and it doesn't have the insulation as you can see in the pictures (but it has the vents from Ford). I had it in my GT but I got another hood and this one has to go! It's really dirty and its in my basement, wife not happy :)

So, I put my car on the tire wall and I am getting it fixed... I can keep my front rims (17 x 9.5) and get a stock fender OR I can get flared fenders and go 17x10 or even 18x10.5 in the front.
But in reality what's going to drive my decision is the tires, both, R-Comp and performance street...

Well, here it goes, after several engines I got an aluminator from Ford, sent my p&p heads to be cleaned to Proline in GA. Car ran perfectly for the first 800miles until cylinder 1 decided to stop working...

- 2V Heads, ported and polished by Houston Performance. Turbo cams, comp cams springs. I believe they flow 240cfm/195 cfm. They might need a valve job in cyl #1. I bought them new 30K miles ago, but we went through them 1000 miles ago. $400

I got this kit about 4 years ago with the twin 46mm, and i upgraded it to the 57mm about 2 years after i got it. That means around 8K-9K miles since the upgrade, yeah, i dont drive the car too often.
I use my car for open track and i've decided to change my k-member and get smaller turbos, so...
well... not necessarily the fastest.. but who's doing great times just with nittos ?
Anyone know?
I'd like to see how much power you can actually use with nittos at the track and not going totally sideways.. :shrug:
guys, i might have a nice deal in a Cobra 03.. this guy is selling a sonic blue vert .. i am not a huge fan of verts.. but i love the damn color !!!
