My blower is making noise at idle like something is rattling. Took inlet off and didn't feel any play. Its quiter/louder at times. These blowers make noise or what do I need to check out

My fuse keeps blowing, changed it once and lasted a couple weeks and now just a day. What else runs on this fuse? What should i check?

Not aure which section to post this in so here we go. Got the WOT box wired up and im getting to signal from my clutch switch. I hit it with a test light and its not grounded or positive. The green wire beside the one thats spliced is always grounded. Im not sure what the spliced wire is suppose...
