Well I made a deal on a brand new C&R Competition H/E that was on Ebay, so it should be an easier swap since I already am wired up for my current standard C&R unit. This should certainly help vs what I am already seeing for IAT2.

Yea mostly those who had placed an order for one, but with production shut down gives some dealers excuse to charge whatever over. The average asking/selling price in the market is at least $5k-$10k over for a base

Lets not forget this 5.2 smaller displacement vs the 6.2 Z is a beast, it takes some minor modifications to hit 900+ whp without breaking the bank. And as it stands now this DCT seems limitless around that power.

There is no doubt the Z would start to slowly pull ahead over a certain mph, but the GT500 has the better get up and go and holds I am sure to at least 140mphish. After that aero starts to take over.
