Started to develop a squeel in one of the pulleys over the weekend. Been about 12 years since i put the Billetflow pulleys on, so figured id just change all 4 as a precaution. What is the recommended replacement bearings for these thing?

Need to replace the 2nd gear syncro in the cobra due to grinding. Anyone know if this would work? I was told it came out of a T45, but i was also under the impression they are universal with some T56s, but not all. Thanks in advance...
