Terminators will always have a place in my heart. They are perfectly understated with the small spoiler and the bigger foglight opening. Even the hood isn't that extreme. Yet there's a monster under it.
Sonic Blue on top of that...
Teksid based MMR 1500hp 4.75 stroker with twin 6268 turbos. Built 4r70w and a Strange 9". Tube chassis car. I wasn't going to screw around with mini tubbing and putting a mustang II in the front to keep what little would have been left of a unibody frame. "Do it right the first time. Or do it...
Got too itchy last saturday. Way too nice for this time of year. So I decided that I needed to change oil on the daily, and thus HAD to pull the Falcon off the hoist.
I had a friend at the time that had that happen to him. Although he was a moron and went with 10% on the sides and rear of his firebird. It was so stupid dark that he had to drive with the windows down at night regardless of weather just so he could see. Never had the threat of towing until he...
Growing up in a car family, it was only a matter of time anyway. But Milner's '32 and Falfa's '55 from American Graffiti were specifically the cars that I got the bug from.
I have a Mal/border collie mix. If she wants to see if a neighbor dog is out, from a stand she can jump and get her shoulders over the 6' privacy fence like nothing. And the gas tank... my god! It's like she's on cocaine!
Actually that's exactly why the Falcon on the top is backed on. Hood is longer than the trunk, lol. Garage door goes right over the hood and stops about 3/4 of the way down the front end.
I can set up the opener to only go up so far. I just don't trust that it will do it every single time.
That's exactly what I did. I can stack the Mustang and the Falcon in there barely. Daily is slightly too high and even that sits too low for a jack to fit under it. Even though I know it clears, I still hold my breath driving a car under it, lol
Not a great picture. But it's the first time it drove out of the garage under its own power in 2 decades (sat in the garage for a large bulk of that). I was hoping the tune was a little closer so I could take it around the block. But it got this far before I realized that wasn't going to happen...
Thanks! The original owner added the sunroof. Although I liked it when I first got it, I kind of wish he didn't. I may have a new roof skin put on the car after the white car is running (All toy funds are being devoted to that right now). It didn't look like the Kenne Bell was going to fit under...
Too damn nice of a night and the other car was nice and clean. So I decided to play around with my new iphone 13pro. I was hoping to have the Falcon running by now, but chasing down a dead short ended with it actually being the fuse box itself. So a little temper tantrum later, I tore it all out...
Its a teksid based 4.75 stroker with an MMR rotating assembly with a couple of 62mm turbos and an A2W hidden behind each headlight feeding each turbo. Lots of shit stuffed into a very small area. Still finishing up the wiring and fuel system. Hopefully running under it's own power in spring when...
Yeah, I remember that one. There is a show called "snapped" (or what the wife and I like to call "bitches be crazy") where all the stories are about these women have stories like this. One had poisoned her own daughter and forged a suicide note saying that she (the daughter) had killed her step...
Yeah, I heard the new owners really dumped some money in it. Last time I was there they still had to single cool down lane which was really sketchy. The cobra is a little turbo 302 so I don't really race it all that much at the track anymore. Just not fast enough to keep up with my buddies...
